Members can sign up at the November 2-3, 2011 TORCH Conference, or if you’re not attending the conference, you can sign up here at www.freedompacs.net. The only requirements for winning the PACS are:


    

  1. Facility must maintain a service contract (minimal cost includes all upgrades) for one year.
    2. 

  2. Winner must pay for travel and installation expenses.
    3. 

  3. Facility must have a stable network.
    4. 

  4. Facility must have access to high speed or T1 Line Internet.
    5.
